Cam Schlittler was even better in the box score, firing 7.0 shutout-adjacent innings… with 10 strikeouts against Colorado to pick up the win, while Tarik Skubal battled through some traffic against Cincinnati but still came away with a 7.1 IP win despite allowing two runs. Aaron Ashby’s outing was a footnote at just 0.1 IP with no damage done. Turning to today, Cristopher Sánchez leads the probables as the most rostered arm on the slate with four selections as he takes on Houston, followed by Yoshinobu Yamamoto squaring off with Cincinnati and Foster Griffin making his own start on the road against Baltimore.
